Shipping and Delivery Information

All merchandise ordered through Electronics-Depot.com requires a signature upon delivery. Please arrange for someone to sign for the delivery if you are unable to do so. We recommend that you provide an email address, so that we may keep you informed on the status of your order. You will be able to track your order online for an estimated time of arrival. The shipping company will attempt to deliver your package three times before returning it to Electronics-Depot.com.

PO Box & APO/FPOs

We do not ship to PO BOX's. Please call for APO/FPO delivery information.

Curbside Delivery*

Curbside delivery is the standard shipping format for all TVs. Your TV will be shipped within 7 days of order being placed. Tracking and insurance is not included. Insurance and tracking can be added for an additional fee.

* Plasma televisions can be extremely heavy and may require special handling. The White Glove delivery service is usually suggested.

** If the threshold is below or above ground level, your TV will be placed at the closest point to the threshold that does not require steps

White Glove Service

Your TV will be delivered in 5 to 10 business days. A shipper representative will contact you once your order is in transit for delivery appointment arrangements. Please provide daytime and evening phone number?s where you can be reached.

Delivery appointments will be scheduled between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday with a four hour delivery window. Special Request*** service is available for an additional fee.

A team of two drivers will deliver the merchandise to any room at the destination address. Your merchandise will be unpacked and placed anywhere you desire*, and all the debris will be removed. (does not include assembly or installation)

*Your TV will be carried two flight of stairs if necessary. There will be a $50 fee for each additional flight of stairs.

Important Information

TV Inspection
Please inspect the merchandise upon delivery for any physical damage. If the outer carton (shipping box) arrives damaged, please open the box to inspect the merchandise. The item is packaged very well and is able to sustain some abuse during transit.

If the TV is physically damaged, it is important to refuse the delivery. We will send a replacement immediately after we receive confirmation from our carrier that the item has been damaged during transit. All shipments are completely insured for the total dollar value.

Redelivery
If you are not at the delivery location when the driver attempts delivery during the scheduled delivery time window or request the carrier to come back at a later time, there will be a $50 fee.

Refused Delivery
If you refuse delivery on an item that is not defective or damaged, you will be charged for our cost of shipping the item to you and for return delivery (depending on the size and weight of the item). A 10% restocking fee will also be deducted from the refund to your credit card.


*** Special Request service is determined when a delivery is requested outside of the standard schedule (8am-5pm M-F). That would apply to after-hour delivery, early AM as well as Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. For Special delivery request rates please contact our sales dept. Overnight and Two Day delivery is also available for an additional fee.
