Return
Policy
To return items purchased from Electronics Depot, you
must email cs@electronics-depot.com,
within 15 days from the invoice date for a Return Materials
Authorization (RMA) number. All returns must be accompanied
by the original receipt, invoice or packing slip.
RMA
numbers are valid for seven 7 days from date of issuance.
Returns should be shipped to the address given by the
Customer Service Support along with the RMA number. The
RMA number must appear on your return packing label. Please
do not write on the outside of the box. Returns will not
be accepted without an RMA.
No
refunds or exchanges are allowed after fifteen (15) days.
No returns are allowed on "Special Order" items
or items not normally stocked.
All
items except otherwise mentioned*,
may be returned within 15 days from the original invoice
date. A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number is
required for all returns. A 20% restocking fee
will apply. Shipping and insurance charges are
not refunded.
*Due
to manufacturer warranty and service policies, all Plasma
and LCD TVs are non-returnable. Defective products are
directed to authorized service centers for service or
replacement as directed by manufacturers policy.
Refund
and Warranty Requirements
To receive a refund or credit, your purchase must be returned
with shipping and insurance pre-paid in "as new"
condition, in original box and packaging, and manuals
and accessories. Any variance from these conditions could
result in delay or forfeiture of your refund.
An
open box fee equal to 20% of the purchase price will be
charged on any opened item, unless the item is defective.
The 20% open box fee will be assessed at the time of refund
exchange. Refunds or credits are issued after receipt
and inspection of returned goods.
Refunds
on purchases made with a credit card will only be the
same card.
