Marantz
SR3001 7.1 Channel Receiver
Drawing
on years of experience in designing and manufacturing
A/V receivers that rival – and in some
cases exceed – the performance of separate
components, Marantz is proud to offer the SR3001
Surround Sound Receiver.
Behind
its aluminum front panel, the SR3001 produces
plenty of useable power – a full 60 watts/channel.
They’re not just “paper watts”
either. Instead, the SR3001 begins with a fully
realized power supply and an output section
that delivers this power under almost any conditions.
This means that the SR3001 will drive your speakers
and provide Marantz-level authority and delicacy
with any source.
A
32-bit Cirrus Logic microprocessor provides
full surround decoding capability for Dolby
Digital EX and Pro Logic IIx, dts ES (discrete
and matrix), Neo:6, and 96/24. There’s
even SRS’s remarkable Circle Surround
(and SRS Headphone as well) so you’ll
be able to enjoy all your favorite discs and
broadcasts just as their creators intended.
The SR3001 also offers Multi-channel Stereo
so you can enjoy all of the music throughout
your home
You
needn’t worry about hookup flexibility
either. The SR3001 boasts 7 analog stereo inputs
and a full 7.1 channel input for today’s
most modern sources. In addition, there are
four assignable digital inputs (two coaxial
and two optical) so the SR3001 can handle even
comprehensive systems with ease. You’ll
also find digital outputs and a subwoofer preamp
out.
On
the video side, the SR3001 is equally capable.
Eight video inputs (two component, two S-, and
four composite) mean you’ll be able to
connect all your video sources for instant enjoyment.
Video outputs? We have you covered there, too,
with three recording paths and three monitor
outputs (component, S-, and composite) so you
won’t miss anything
You
might think a receiver this capable would be
difficult to set up and operate. Not so. The
Marantz Easy Setup menu and front panel cursor
keys take you through your options with remarkable
clarity. There’s a sleep timer, video
off mode, and three AC convenience outlets.
Don’t forget the remote controller or
the 50 preset AM/FM tuner either
And
you thought an affordable A/V receiver would
be a “stripper”? Now you know better.
Now you know Marantz.
