Installation Procedures
All
Home Theater Installations Include:
1 - The installer will contact the customer within
24 hours of sale (M-F) and conduct
a pre-installation phone survey to determine actual
work to be performed,
and schedule an installation date.
2 - The installer will complete a pre-installation
site survey upon arrival at the
customer's home, and any additional charges will be
quoted and approved prior
to the start of the job.
3 - The programming of up to two non-learning remote
control devices to operate
connected components.
4 - Cleanup of work area, including removing any packaging
from the customer's
home.
5 - Professional installation warranted for one year.
*Additional charges will apply for
carpentry, electrical work, floor covering modifications,
furniture moving, additional wire, parts or accessories.
These charges do not include additional supplies like
cables, connectors, brackets, etc.
